Usage:
The length of a soccer field and back should be a good enough ride for most children.
An adult, older child may want a slightly longer ride
(but they will get tired quickly so the time will be about the same).
It could be up and down a field or beach or in a circle/circuit/around a course.
It is advisable to limit rides to children/lighter people.
A suggested maximum weight limit is 90 Kilograms.
The best way to run a grass zorb ball activity is to have an operator walk alongside the ball at all times.
This will mean that you are always in control of the ball
(It won't go further than you want and it won't go off course/anywhere you don't want it to go).
If the rider falls, the operator can stop the ball to prevent any injury.
The operator can encourage riders.
The operator can keep the holes of the ball on the sides (so there is no way the rider can fall out of the holes).

Warranty
Due to the nature of the product and how it is used we are unable to offer a warranty.
It should pay for itself within a week or so anyway.
If you look after the Zorb ball properly it should last a long time.
If it is not taken care of properly it may not last as long as it could.
It's life will depend heavily on how it is operated, moved around etc.
If the Zorb ball is for some reason not fit for purpose when you get it please contact us immediately, send us a photo/video of the problem.
There should never be a reason for sending a Zorb ball back to us/a repair company and if it did ever happen you should expect 3 weeks or more to get it returned. So you will effectively have lost 3 weeks or revenue. It would be much better to try resoling any problems yourself (with glue and patches). Only send it to the special repair address that we give you as it cannot be accepted at the above address. You will have to pay for any repairs and carriage costs.
